Gail Ward has 30 years of experience in Education. She holds several teaching certificates along with a Principal Certification and a Master Degree in Education. Gail has experience in teaching Physical Education, Teen Leadership and coaching. Gail currently plays the role as a Peer Facilitator where she works closely with the intervention process. She has secondary experience in a variety of ways. She is a leader in building relationships and assisting teachers as they create programs to assist with intervention, ESL and Special Education. Gail has presented and lead trainings, workshops, staff developments and in-service in areas with teambuilding, motivation, classroom management, testing preparations, intervention identification and strategies. Gail is very passionate in her beliefs that “all students can learn and never give up on any student.” Gail has presented at conventions on the district and state level. Gail has a personality and the energy to captivate the audience and motivate. Her 30 years’ experience and philosophy on the key of success is building a relationship not just with the students but your colleagues on your campus
